Vincent Ragland, age 55, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday September 22, 2020.  Vincent was born on March 19, 1965, in Rochester, New York, the son of Eugene and Glenda (Luster) Ragland. After graduating high school, Mr. Ragland joined the United States Army as an army ranger where he served his country proudly. He later became a chef and opened his own catering business. On July 11, 2014, he was united in marriage to Donna Elkins. Vincent a loving Christian man was very caring, and he had a big heart; he was a friend to many and will be greatly missed.

Survived by his wife, Donna Ragland, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; two sons, Tamarik (Cynthia) Hines, of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Michael Elkins, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; three daughters, T'Neise Ragland, of Dallas, Texas, Shyonna Jeffers, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and Angeline Ragland, of Springdale, Arkansas; three grandchildren; several brothers and sisters living in New York; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Vincent was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial services will be Saturday, October 3, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., at the National Falls State Park 19225 E 578 Rd Colcord, OK 74338.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cremations Only, LLC, Springdale, Arkansas.
