Obituary

Sherry Ahart, 63, of Jane, Missouri passed away on November 1, 2022. Sherry was born on June 11, 1959, to Robert and Shirley Townsend in Neosho, MO. Sherry recently celebrated 20 years of employment for Walmart and was beloved by her customers.

Sherry will be missed dearly by her friends and family every day for her beautiful spirit and loving heart. At the end of the day, she loved to spend her evenings with Darrell and Odie by relaxing outside on the porch or watching TV. She had this beautiful ability to make everyone feel at home and loved in her presence. In her free time, Sherry loved to share a glass of wine, share a laugh, and travel with her best friend of 50yrs, Tammy. If you stepped into Sherry's she-shed you'd be welcomed by the elephants, buddhas, gnomes, and purple everything. Anyone who has ever spent time with Sherry experienced her contagious laugh and knows how infectious her smile was.

Sherry loved being a Mimi to her grandsons, Knoxx and Slate. After work she'd take the dogs up to the house, which she wholesomely referred to as Mimi's daycare. She was a dedicated friend and loved spending time with Mildred, her partner in crime, by eating Mexican food and drinking margaritas. The incredible bond between Ashlie and Sherry was immeasurable. Between the spontaneous trips to the movies and trying new restaurants they had a relationship more unique than most.

She is survived by her husband, Darrell Ahart, children, Mark Kaneer, Ashlie Worm, Chaz and Keely Ahart, Dustin and Ravyn Ahart, Jared and Shelby Ahart, grandchildren, Chavis, Lucas, Lillyan, Jaxon, Amelia, Graylinn, and Atticus, fur-babies, Odie Ray and Graysen, and grandsons (pets) Knoxx, Slate, and Archer.

There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at 1pm at First Baptist Church of Sulphur Springs, Ar.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cremations Only, L.L.C. of Springdale, Arkansas.
