Sandra Kay Bailey, age 72, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas.

Sandra was born on September 28, 1953, in Santa Clara, California, to William and Dulcie (Hood) Carter.

In 1971, Sandra married the love of her life, Paul Bailey. Together they built a life centered on family, love, and treasured memories. Their marriage was a testament to devotion and companionship that endured through the years.

Sandra will be remembered for her caring heart, gentle nature, and unwavering love for her family. She found her greatest joy in spending time with those she loved and took pride in watching her family grow through the generations. Her warmth, kindness, and loving spirit touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Bailey; one son, Matthew Bailey of Sun City West, Arizona; one daughter, Shanna Feroni of Naples, Italy; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four brothers, Tom Carter, Jerry Carter, Don Carter, and Ron Carter; one sister, Cora Wyatt; as well as many extended family members and dear friends.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, William and Dulcie Carter; one great-grandson, Kohen Parrett; two brothers, Gary Carter and Leroy Carter; and two sisters, Leta Carter and Pamela Carter.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at American Legion Post #100, 711 W. Persimmon Street, Rogers, Arkansas 72756.

Memorials may be made to the American Legion Post #100 and entrusted to Cremations Only LLC.
