Paul Wayne Hughes, age 78, of Elkins passed away Sunday, February 5,2023, at his home. He was born January 24, to Ted and Agnes Hughes. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Reba Hughes; a brother-in-law John Cole and a niece Amanda Cole. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. As well as playing cards and watching Razorback. Paul is survived, by his loving wife of almost 60 years, Kathleen Hughes of the home. One son Donnie Hughes and his wife Norma of Elkins; one daughter JoAnn Keith and her husband Jimmy of Elkins; 3 siblings Gerald Hughes and his wife Ivett of Houston, Texas. Ivan Hughes and his wife Melissa of the Whitehouse Community and Eloise Cole of the Whitehouse Community; 5 grandchildren, Charlie Coker and her husband Heath of West Fork; Erin Cleveland and her husband Tom of Hazel Valley; Robbie Hughes of the Whitehouse Community; Kym Keith of West Fork; Kelli Keith of Elkins; 7 great-grandchildren Gavin, Zach and Adelinde Coker; Aubrie, Claire, Haylie Clevland and Serenity West. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.

Services will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023 at the Elkins Full Gospel in Elkins at 1 pm, with Pastor Johnny Case officiating.
