Michael Aaron Schmidt, age 36, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at Mercy Hospital, in Rogers. Michael, son of Kim and Cheryl (Black) Schmidt, was born on November 25, 1984, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Michael along with his brother Jeremiah worked together many years building steel buildings. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and floating. One of Michael's favorite pastimes was watching the Andy Griffith series.

Survivors include his father and step-mother, Kim and Bonita Schmidt, of Eucha, Oklahoma; one brother, Jeremiah Schmidt and his wife Stephanie, of Rogers, Arkansas; one sister, Melissa Webb, and her husband Victor, of Spavinaw, Oklahoma; two nephews, Mark Webb and John Webb; one niece, Ally Webb; his step-siblings, Kevin Upshaw and his wife Lisa, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, Jason Upshaw and his wife Tammy, of Springdale, Arkansas, and Karmen Upshaw-Baker, of Jay, Oklahoma; and several other extended family members who all loved Michael and will miss him greatly.

Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl Black and his paternal grandparents.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cremations Only in Springdale, Arkansas.
