Jormelu Sear, age 40, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday September 24, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas.  Jormelu was born on January 22, 1980, in the Marshall Islands, the son of Milne Sear and Elsa Edward. In his free time Jormelu loved to fish and spend time with family and friends. Not only was he a loving brother, but also a loving uncle and son.

Survivors include his father, Milne Sear, of the Marshall Islands; his mother, Elsa Edward, of Rogers, Arkansas; four brothers, Micho Tarkio, of Rogers, Arkansas, Junior Sear and his wife Merilyn, of Ashville, North Carolina, Kejjo Clarence, of Springdale, Arkansas, and Bruce Annam, of Rogers, Arkansas; two sisters, Mary Lajouj and Nerisa Sear, both of Rogers, Arkansas; and several nieces and nephews.

Viewing for family and friends will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. until funeral service time on Saturday, October 3, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at the First Marshallese Full Gospel Church in Springdale, Arkansas.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cremations Only, LLC, in Springdale, Arkansas.
