Jill Marlene Usher, age 68, of Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 31, 2025, at her home. Jill was a cherished member of the Bentonville High School Class of 1974. Following her graduation, she embarked on her career as a hair stylist, where she brought creativity and joy to her clients through her skillful hands and warm personality. Her passion for helping others led her to pursue a career in healthcare, becoming an X-ray technician. For over three decades, Jill dedicated herself to the well-being of patients at Mercy Health System in Bella Vista and Bentonville. Known for her compassionate nature and unwavering professionalism, she made a significant impact on both her colleagues and the community she served.

Jill's love and kindness touched many lives, especially those of her family. She is survived by:

Her beloved daughter: Kaitlyn Dame, who inherited her mother's gentle spirit and caring nature.  Her dear grandson: Kameron Dame, who brought immense joy and pride to Jill's life.

Her loving parents: Alvin and Wanda Carlson, who instilled in her the values of kindness, dedication, and love.

Her cherished siblings: Karen Saudargas, Ron Carlson, and Randy Carlson, with whom she shared a lifetime of memories and love.

This gathering will be an opportunity for all who knew and loved Jill to share their memories, honor her spirit, and find solace in each other's company.
