Janet Lou Shell, 62, of West Fork Arkansas passed away on November 23, 2021. She was born May 27, 1959 in Gary Indiana to Robert and JoLee Shell. Janet was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Shirley M. Campbell; brother, Robert W. Shell; step granddaughter, Hailey LeAngel Pitts; paternal grandparents, Morris and Pauline Shell; maternal grandparents, Ralph and Naomi McLead; uncles Rex Shell, Raymond Shell, and M. Percy Preble; and aunt, Mary B. Fosburgh.

Janet is survived by her husband, Paul Pitts; sons, Steven Jacob Craig and Frank Dallas Corwin III; stepson, Aaron Pitts; granddaughter, Rayne Craig; sister, Rebecca (Michael) Adams; sister-in-law Kathy, (Mike) Martine; sister-in-law, Shelley McDaniel-Shell; brother-in-law, Marc Campbell; aunt, Janet Preble; uncle, Ivan (Mary) Shell; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Janet spent her childhood and young adult life in northwest Indiana. She resided in northwest Arkansas for most of her adult life.

A celebration of Janet's life will be held Saturday, 12/18/2021 at 2 pm at the Unity of Fayetteville Church, 4880 W Wedington Dr, Fayetteville.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Cremations Only, Springdale, Arkansas.
