Jane Jean Bell, age 85, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away at her home, on Sunday, November 22, 2020. Mrs. Belle, daughter of Dee and Mary (Tucker) Kellar, was born on February 25, 1935, in Madison County, Arkansas. She loved her children dearly and loved spending time with them. Jane also enjoyed listening to music and going to retail shops.

Survivors include three sons, Ralph Bell and his wife Laura, of Elkins, Jim Waits and Billy Carl Bell, both of Fayetteville; two daughters, Donna Williams, of Ft. Smith and Betty Ramsey and her husband Fred, of Fayetteville; twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Bobby Dee Waits; one daughter in-law, Zona Waits; three brothers; and one sister.

No services are scheduled at this time.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the Cremations Only, Springdale, Arkansas.
