Helen Louise Humphrey passed away peacefully on July 6th, 2025. She was born April 29th, 1937, in Sedgewick County, Kansas to Olan and Zella (Hancock) McGinnis. Helen was also known by the nickname "Weezy", short for Louise!

She was a woman of great determination. She began a career in the restaurant industry and was loved by all her patrons. She worked hard and focused on her goals. For nearly 30 years, Helen owned and operated her own bar. Throughout her career, Helen made many lifelong friends.

Helen knew how to appreciate the flashing lights and noise of the casino just as much as the quiet serene water on a relaxing fishing trip. The great outdoors was a happy place for Helen. She loved camping and being in nature. Her friends were especially important to her, and she enjoyed spending time with them.

Surviving is two children: Debbie Nunley of Springdale, AR and Vicky (Curtis) Rogers of Springdale, Arkansas. She has six surviving grandchildren: Sherri Holder, John Holder, Brian Holder, Lonnie Holder, Andrew Chaffin, and Sahra Stout. Her family quickly grew as she leaves behind Great Grandchildren; Elizabeth Thompson, Daniel Hylton, Anthony Chaffin, Adryan Chaffin, Andy Chaffin, Makayla Robidoux, Serenity Chaffin, Eian Stout, Rylee Stout, Gage Holder, Trinity Holder and three Great Great Grandchildren; Aireiden Chaffin, Rachael Hylton, and Micah Hylton. She has one surviving sister and one brother: Joy Lyons and Stanley McGinnis.

In addition to her parents, Helen is preceded in death by one sister, Effie Prim; one son, Russell Henington; three daughters, Delorise Henington, Teresa Lee, and Jennie Hudson; and one great grandchild, Daylen Chaffin.
