David Collins, 38, of Fayetteville, Arkansas passed from this life on June 28, 2021 at Washington Regional Hospital in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Mr Collins is survived by his mother, Merrilou Collins of Fayetteville, Arkansas, one daughter, Lorali Collins of Lincoln, Arkansas and his twin sister, Angela Whittenburg of Bentonville, Arkansas.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cremations Only in Springdale, Arkansas.

Memorial service to be held Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Beard Funeral Home Chapel in Fayetteville, Arkansas at 1:00pm.
