Carmen Ramos-Santiago, age 80, passed away on January 16, 2024, at Washington Regional, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Emilio and Ana (Santiago-Concepcion) Ramos-Morales, born on June 16, 1943, in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Carmen was a member of Parroquia Santisimo Church and enjoyed singing in the choir.

Survivors include two daughters, Julitza Ramos-Ramos of Orlando, Florida, and Johanna Ramos-Ramos and her husband Juan Ortiz-Atiles of Farmington, Arkansas; three grandchildren Julianne Santiago-Ramos, Angeliz Santiago-Ramos, and Tianna Ortiz-Ramos; one great grandchild Jayden Maldonado-Santiago; one brother, Emilio Ramos-Santiago; four sisters Providencia Ramos-Santiago, Gabriela Ramos- Santiago, Ana M. Ramos-Santiago, and Abigail Ramos-Santiago.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in the death by her husband Eulogio Ramos-Rodrigues; two brothers, Alfredo-Ramos, and Santiago Ramos-Santiago; one sister, Blanca Ramos-Santiago.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cremations Only LLC. In Springdale, Arkansas.
